About Stacey

A Labor Of Love

My daily work is a labor of love. Each day I wake up and try to approach each task with extraordinary love. This is my daily practice.

My two boys are my mirrors that reflect the relationship I have with myself, and I am profoundly grateful for the challenging, and sometimes heartbreaking, lessons I’ve learned. I understand now that the relationships you have with others begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Effective parents have a high degree of self-love. They are kind, supportive, generous, forgiving, and compassionate to themselves, first and foremost. These qualities are then modeled and absorbed by their child which becomes the foundation for healthy and secure attachment.

Seeds of Light

In the end, loving-kindness and compassion for oneself will lead to a life filled with loving-kindness and compassion for others. In this way, we heal the unhealthy generational patterns in families, which ultimately, leads to healing the world.

My passion is to support you on your journey to returning to your authentic self and leading with self-love in all you do. I am here to plant seeds of light with you. Together, over time, we will cultivate a beautiful garden where those planted seeds grow, bloom, and thrive. I’ve experienced this beautiful metaphor time and again as a teacher with my students, as a presenter within school communities, as a leader with my schools’ staff, as a mother with my children, and as a coach with my clients.

Serving with Compassion and Humility

I am honored to be a source of hope and light for the many communities I am a part of. I am excited to take this journey with you and provide you with the support and wisdom I’ve gained over decades of meaningful family and child interactions.

Testimonials

“Stacey cares deeply about children and their parents. She uses her extensive professional experience and knowledge to help parents learn best practices to help them be the best parents they can be, resulting in happier parents and children.”

Kennedy

Mom of 4-year-old

“Throughout the past three years Stacey has taught me so much about how to be a patient and positive parent. Through her classes I have gained so much confidence and peace of mind. From day to day struggles to teaching values over time, Stacey’s wisdom and expertise has helped me grow as a person as well as a parent. I cannot recommend her enough!”

Amber

Mom of 1 and 5 year old

“We had been desperately trying to find help in understanding our (challenging) son and had been consistently met by child professionals suggesting medications.  I finally found Stacey and her insight on my son’s birth chart validated the daily struggles we had been enduring.  She helped us see the beauty of our child, find our footing, feel supported and gave us tools that are catered to his personality. We are better parents because of Stacey and her gift of connecting with parents in a warm, non-judgemental, empathy filled manner.”

Eryca

Mom of an active, wilful, creative, fiery, Aries 7 year old

“I have known Stacey for five years. She was the director of an excellent Spanish Immersion Preschool my son attended, “Aprende con Amigos.” As part of the preschool parent community, I always felt that Stacey was there for all of us parents and our never-ending questions on child development. She always had a word of encouragement, as parenting is not an easy task, and some days can be more complex than others. Over the years, her parenting advice helped me better understand my son as a unique human being, not a reflection of who I am, as we are two human beings sharing a path. Stacey taught me that my job as a parent is to provide a healthy environment for my child’s development (nourishment, quality time, and love) and that boredom sparks creativity. To fill my son’s attention and independence buckets every day, among many other lessons. I had the opportunity to support Stacey in developing parent happy hours using an online platform, Zoom. Stacey proved that she could build community online and offline. Stacey has a force inside that works like a magnet bringing people together. I will be eternally grateful for all she taught me on parenting.”

Shadia

Mother to an 8 year old
